Where is the model tag on a Viking refrigerator?
Inside the cabinet, high on the wall behind the light. Viking's own guides give that spot for its 5 Series built-ins, its 7 Series columns and the older Designer units. Photograph the tag, then read both numbers to Viking Repair Kirkland on (425) 629-0033 so the booking starts from the right series.

What does each number tell you?
The model number names the appliance: its family, width and layout. In Viking’s own product lists, VCSB5424 is a 42-inch 5 Series side-by-side, FRI7240 a 24-inch 7 Series refrigerator column, and FFI7180 an 18-inch 7 Series freezer column. The serial number is your unit’s alone, and Viking asks for it, with the purchase date, whenever service or warranty comes up. Parts are matched against both.
What if the tag is missing or worn?
Labels fade, and one tucked behind a light can be awkward to read. Ring anyway: say the number could not be found and describe the doors and the width. The technician reads what is left of the tag on arrival.
